Hi, I’m Liz Baker (she/her). I’m a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Prokeep, an AI-powered order engine for distributors, where I manage two engineering teams and double as an acting Senior Product Manager focused on revenue retention and expansion. I also built Prokeep’s AI Enablement practice from the ground up: internal AI agent tooling and adoption workflows that didn’t exist before I made the case for them.
I’ve spent 20 years in software, moving deliberately across engineering and product: senior engineer, engineering manager, product manager, and Head of Engineering, most recently running the full engineering org at Brandlive before joining Prokeep. That range shapes how I think about AI adoption now. Less interested in the hype cycle, more interested in what actually holds up once it hits production.
